The couple met us in the late afternoon, when the light becomes golden and the beach is almost empty. We started walking together along the sandy path that leads to the cliffs. Around us, the landscape was pure poetry: sea breeze, untouched vegetation, the sound of waves, and a silence broken only by their laughter.
Step after step, Markus and Julita walked two kilometers barefoot on the sand, enjoying the simplicity of the moment. Between chats, playful runs and embraces, we captured authentic portraits that reflected not just the beauty of Sicily, but the essence of their love.
The perfect setting for a surprise
Once we reached the base of the white cliffs, everything was ready. I asked Julita to look up at the stunning rock formation, to fully admire its beauty. While she turned her eyes to the Dama Bianca, Markus took a deep breath, went down on one knee, and revealed the real reason behind the photo shoot.
With heartfelt words and a trembling voice, he opened the ring box and asked the most important question:
“Will you marry me?”
